Overcoming logistical challenges

The installation was completed over a two-week period and involved a number of complex logistical challenges. Several large totems required specialist lifting equipment to position them safely and accurately including a HIAB hydraulic loader crane, while the site’s proximity to a school and roadside locations imposed strict restrictions on working hours and equipment usage. To overcome access limitations, a boom lift was used to manoeuvre signage from the car park and over the warehouse buildings to its final roadside position. 

The installation also demanded robust engineering solutions to ensure long-term safety and durability. Bolt cages were set into concrete foundations, while structural frames were lifted and fixed onto steel supports that had been carefully anchored in place. Through detailed planning, close coordination, and a flexible approach, the team successfully delivered the installation safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. 

As the client’s preferred signage supplier, we have installed all external and internal signage as part of this current roll-out programme. 

Externally, this includes built-up letters with sharper definition to make the brand sing. 

Internally, this includes LED illuminated block acrylic letters, directional, wayfinding and point of sale signage and signs for the recently installed beauty departments.
