Find Your Way With Geetee Signs .

Teca is a state-of-the-art event complex in Aberdeen,
which includes 48,000sqm of event space, conference
and exhibition centre and 15,000 capacity arena.

All signage across the site has been designed, manufactured and installed by Geetee.

The Signs featured a simple yellow, dark grey and white
colour scheme, with coloured zones for pedestrian
walkways and car parking, and of a design featuring
parallelogram’s throughout.

It’s a great example of how a strong colour scheme can help wayfinding signs to be effective, legible and unified. Letting people know clearly where they are and getting them to where they need to be.

Internal Wayfinding Signs

Geetee manufactured and installed a full internal wayfinding signs for the complex. Such a large area with lots of different event areas and entrances, requires a lot of wayfinding signs, to help both visitors and staff find their way. The internal wayfinding sign package included –

Road & Underground Car Park Signs

Teca includes multiple carparks, including an underground carpark also used as an event area, and an on site hotel, meaning that traffic signs are required to direct to and around the site. Geetee also provided all of these signs. This included hanging signs strengthened to survive the Aberdeen wind, and signs that could be used for different functions depending on the event.
